You’ve officially washed your hands of laundry day stress—and we’re here to help keep things fresh and clean from start to finish. From pick-up to drop-off, our team is ready to press forward with care, quality, and convenience. Now that you're part of our crew, we’ll make sure your clothes come back looking and smelling amazing—no lint left behind!
🧺 How to Prep Your Laundry (Especially for Your First Order!)
We’ve made laundry day as easy as load, bag, and relax. Here's how to get your clothes ready for pickup:
🛍️ Bag It Up
For your first order, just place your laundry in standard trash bags. You’ll receive a custom reusable bag with your clean clothes for future use.
🏠 Pickup Location
Not going to be home? No problem! You can leave your laundry bags on the front porch or another safe location. Just let us know in your order notes.
👨👩👧👦 Family Sorting
Want laundry separated by family member? Pack their items into separate bags and label them clearly. Add a note to your order so we know to keep them sorted during processing.
👚 Special Requests
Prefer certain items to be hung instead of folded? We’re happy to help! Just include a note with your order specifying which items to hang. You’re welcome to include your own hangers at no charge, or we can provide hangers for just 10¢ each.
🚛 Same-Day Delivery Requests
Need your laundry back the same day? We’ve got you!
✔️ When placing your order, just select the “Expedited Service” option in the app.
✔️ You won’t be able to choose a same-day delivery time, so just select the next day during checkout.
✔️ If you’ve selected same-day service, our in-house team will return your clean laundry between 3 PM and 6 PM that same day.
✔️ You’ll get a text message as soon as your delivery has been made!
