You’ve officially washed your hands of laundry day stress—and we’re here to help keep things fresh and clean from start to finish. From pick-up to drop-off, our team is ready to press forward with care, quality, and convenience. Now that you're part of our crew, we’ll make sure your clothes come back looking and smelling amazing—no lint left behind!
Pickup Prep🧺
We've made laundry day as easy as bag it, leave it, forget it. Here's what to know:
Bags, not baskets. We don't take personal items like laundry hampers or baskets. You're welcome to leave yours on the porch — we'll transfer everything into our bags for easier processing and to keep things clean.
Cold water is our default. All laundry is washed together in cold water unless you tell us otherwise. Want your clothes separated by color, fabric type, or anything else? Log into your account and update your order notes before pickup.
Want items hung? No problem! Just include your own hangers with your laundry and specify in your order notes exactly which items you'd like hung up.
Sorting by person or type. We do our best to sort clothing by type and by person (think: pants vs. shirts, adults vs. kids). But if returning items separated a specific way is important to you, separate them before pickup exactly how you'd like them returned — and drop a note in your order so we know.
💳 How billing works
Card on file required. You'll need a payment card saved to your account before you can submit an order. Your card won't be charged until your order is fully processed and ready for delivery or pickup.
Got a declined card? You'll receive a text notification right away. Simply log into your account, pay your balance, and reschedule your delivery if needed. Just keep in mind: deliveries are automatically canceled when a card on file is declined, so the sooner you update it, the better!
🚛 Pickup & delivery windows
Standard service: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. To keep our routes running smoothly, some areas of KC are available for pickup and delivery on select days only. These zones are subject to change — we'll keep you posted!
Same-day service is here! Need your laundry back fast? You can now schedule same-day service directly in the app. Place your order and we'll deliver your clean clothes between 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm that same day, Monday through Saturday. Evening delivery windows are reserved exclusively for same-day orders.
