You can place an order through our website or by calling us at 816-452-9921. During the process, you'll choose your laundry preferences, enter your billing details, and schedule both your pickup and delivery times.

Your card is charged after your laundry is received, sorted, and weighed at our laundromat. You'll be able to see the weight and final charge through your tracking link once processing begins.

We offer next-day return for all standard orders. If you need your laundry back the same day, we offer expedited service for an additional fee. Orders picked up on Saturdays are returned on Monday unless you choose same-day service.

All orders are handled at our local laundromat by trained, trusted staff. We follow the preferences you select when placing your order. Your clothes are carefully cleaned, dried, folded, and returned ready to wear or put away.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a text message with a personalized tracking link. This link lets you follow your order status, reschedule pickups or deliveries, change preferences, and update your payment information at any time.

No worries—life happens. If you miss your scheduled pickup, just reach out to us directly. We'll work with you to reschedule and find a time that works.

Yes — our standard minimum is 17 pounds of laundry per pickup. This helps us keep the service efficient and affordable.

Pick the plan that fits your household — Light Cycle (2 bags), Regular Cycle (4 bags), Power Cycle (6 bags), or Heavy Cycle (8 bags). Each month you get your included laundry bags, 2 free round-trip pickups, a free comforter or blanket cleaning, and member discounts. We pick up on your neighborhood's route day, wash, dry, and fold everything, and bring it back within 48 hours. Pay monthly, or prepay quarterly (5% off) or annually (12 months for the price of 11).
