How much do members save?
Our standard wash & fold with pickup and delivery is $2.50 per pound. Members pay the equivalent of just $2.25 per pound on monthly plans — 10% off the standard rate — before counting the included pickups, comforter cleanings, and Splash bags. Prepay quarterly and your rate works out to about $2.14/lb (roughly 14% off the standard rate); prepay annually and it's about $2.06/lb (17.5% off) — our best rate anywhere for pickup and delivery.
Are comforters and blankets included?
Yes — every plan includes free comforter or blanket cleaning each month, any size: 1 per month on Light and Regular Cycle, 2 per month on Power and Heavy Cycle. Members also get 10–15% off other bulky items.
Do memberships renew automatically?
Yes — monthly plans renew each month, and quarterly/annual plans renew at the end of their term. We'll send you a reminder before any prepaid plan renews, so there are no surprise charges.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime. Monthly plans simply end at the close of your current billing month — no partial-month refunds, no cancellation fees. If you prepaid a quarterly or annual plan, we refund your unused months: the months you used are billed at the regular monthly rate, and the rest comes back to you as account credit or a refund to your card. You're never locked in — the prepay discount just stays tied to the time you actually keep.
What is the Fold-Right Guarantee?
Every membership is backed by our Fold-Right Guarantee: if your laundry isn't folded to your liking, tell us and we'll rewash and refold it for free within 48 hours. No fine print, no hassle — we want it right.
What if I need more than 2 pickups in a month?
No problem — additional pickups are $8.99 per round trip, whenever you need them.
How does pickup and delivery work?
Every plan includes 2 free round-trip pickups a month — an $8.99 value each. We collect on your neighborhood's route day and return your clean, folded laundry within 48 hours. Send all your bags at once or split them between your two pickups, whatever works for you.
Do unused bags roll over?
On Regular, Power, and Heavy Cycle, yes — up to half your monthly allotment carries into the next month: 2 bags (40 pounds) on Regular, 3 bags (60 pounds) on Power, and 4 bags (80 pounds) on Heavy. Rolled-over bags last up to 2 months. Light Cycle doesn't include rollover.
What happens if I go over my pounds for the month?
No penalties — extra pounds are simply billed at $2.25 per pound, which is 10% off our regular $2.50/lb wash & fold rate. If you find yourself going over most months, moving up to the next plan usually costs about the same as the overage and adds extra perks like more free comforter cleanings and bag rollover.
What counts as a "bag"?
Every member gets reusable Splash Laundry bags to keep. One bag holds up to 20 pounds of laundry — roughly one large load, or about a week of clothes for one person. Fill it, cinch it, and set it out on pickup day. We weigh everything at the store, so you're never charged on a guess: your plan covers your included pounds, and anything over is billed at the member overage rate.
Which membership plan is right for me?
A good general rule of thumb: Light Cycle (40 pounds a month) fits one person, Regular Cycle (80 pounds) fits a couple, Power Cycle (120 pounds) fits a home of four, and Heavy Cycle (160 pounds) fits homes of four or more. Not sure? Start smaller — you can always send extra pounds at $2.25/lb or move up a plan whenever you like.
How do Splash memberships work?
Pick the plan that fits your household — Light Cycle (2 bags), Regular Cycle (4 bags), Power Cycle (6 bags), or Heavy Cycle (8 bags). Each month you get your included laundry bags, 2 free round-trip pickups, a free comforter or blanket cleaning, and member discounts. We pick up on your neighborhood's route day, wash, dry, and fold everything, and bring it back within 48 hours. Pay monthly, or prepay quarterly (5% off) or annually (12 months for the price of 11).
How fast can I get my laundry back as a member?
The membership plans include guaranteed 48 hour turnaround time. If you need your order sooner, please inquire with our staff.
What types of items can you clean?
We clean a wide range of items including everyday clothing, uniforms, towels, bedding, and other washable fabrics. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just reach out and we’ll let you know if it can be safely treated.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
Unfortunately, we do not offer dry cleaning at this time.
